1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and WC999 ("WC999", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the platform available at wc999.click. By accessing, registering on or using any part of the WC999 platform — including the sportsbook, casino lobby, slots, fishing games, Andar Bahar section or any other product — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the WC999 platform. WC999 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use the WC999 platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. WC999 takes underage gambling prevention seriously and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If WC999 has reason to believe an account holder is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and any funds in the account will be held pending investigation.
2.2 One Account per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one active WC999 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the details of another person — is strictly prohibited. WC999 uses technical controls, IP analysis and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, WC999 reserves the right to close all related accounts and void any associated winnings or bonuses.
2.3 Accurate Information
When registering at WC999, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your real name, Pakistani mobile number and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. WC999 may request documentation to verify the information provided at registration, particularly in connection with large withdrawals or where fraud indicators are present.
2.4 Account Security
Your WC999 account password is your responsibility. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact WC999 support immediately. WC999 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to protect their credentials.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Supported Payment Methods
WC999 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). WC999 does not charge fees on standard PKR deposit or withdrawal transactions using these methods.
3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions
The minimum deposit amount at WC999 is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification status, the payment method used and your account history. 3.3 Withdrawal Processing
WC999 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer in cases where additional verification is required or where there is a large volume of simultaneous requests. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as your WC999 account. WC999 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
3.4 Currency
The WC999 platform operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits are credited in PKR, all bets are placed in PKR and all winnings and withdrawals are paid in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees because no conversion takes place.
4. Betting and Casino Rules
4.1 Sports Betting
All sports bets placed at WC999 are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market type. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. WC999 reserves the right to void bets in cases where odds were published erroneously, where an event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined, or where WC999 has reasonable grounds to suspect bet manipulation. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake to the player's WC999 wallet.
For cricket betting, including PSL matches, the minimum number of overs required for a match to have a valid result is specified in the individual sport rules. Where a match ends early due to rain or other interruptions and the required minimum overs have not been bowled, bets may be voided. Where Duckworth-Lewis applies and a result is determined, bets are settled on that official result.
4.2 In-Play Betting
WC999 offers live in-play betting on cricket and other selected sports. In-play odds update continuously and bets are accepted at the odds confirmed at the time the bet slip is submitted. There may be occasions where in-play betting is temporarily suspended — for example, immediately before a wicket is confirmed or following a significant momentum shift — while odds are updated. WC999's trading decisions in these situations are final.
4.3 Casino and Live Casino
All casino games at WC999 — including live dealer games, RNG table games, slots and fishing games — are governed by the specific game rules published within each game interface. For live dealer games, the dealer's actions and the outcome of each round are determined in the live studio and are final. For RNG games, outcomes are determined by certified random number generation software. WC999 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
4.4 Bet Settlement
Sports bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket events). Casino bets are settled in real time at the conclusion of each game round. Winnings are credited to your WC999 wallet immediately upon settlement.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
WC999 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, PSL season offers, accumulator boosts and refer-a-friend rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read alongside these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses at WC999 carry a wagering requirement — a minimum amount that must be bet before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated clearly in the promotion's own terms. Bets placed using bonus funds contribute towards the wagering requirement at rates specified per game type. Sports bets on events with odds below a specified minimum may not qualify for wagering requirement purposes.
5.3 One Bonus per Player
Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to each player once only. Creating additional accounts to claim welcome offers more than once is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds. WC999 may recover the value of any bonus claimed in breach of this clause from any funds present in the offending accounts.
5.4 WC999 Bonus Modification Rights
WC999 reserves the right to modify, cancel or remove any promotion at any time. Bets already placed using promotional funds at the time of a promotion's cancellation are not affected. Where a promotional offer is withdrawn due to abuse or error, WC999 will communicate the reason to affected players through the account support channel.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited at WC999 and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and forfeiture of funds:
- Creating more than one WC999 account, or using the details of another person to create an account.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with the WC999 platform.
- Exploiting errors, software vulnerabilities, pricing mistakes or technical glitches to place bets or play games at incorrect odds or prices.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on inside information about the outcome of a sporting event.
- Sharing a WC999 account with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf.
- Using the WC999 platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
- Engaging in any behaviour that harasses, threatens or abuses WC999 support staff or other players.
- Attempting to circumvent WC999's responsible gaming controls, including age verification or self-exclusion tools.
- Using a payment method that does not belong to you or using fraudulent payment credentials.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
7.1 WC999 Rights to Suspend
WC999 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time without prior notice where there is reason to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where fraudulent activity is suspected, where a player's identity cannot be verified, or where continued operation of the account would be contrary to applicable law or WC999's legal obligations.
7.2 Fund Handling on Closure
Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach of these Terms (for example, where a player requests closure for responsible gaming purposes), the balance in the WC999 wallet will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after applicable verification steps are completed. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, WC999 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and to recover losses caused by the breach from that balance.
7.3 Player-Initiated Closure
Players who wish to close their WC999 account voluntarily can do so by contacting the support team. Closure requests for responsible gaming reasons are processed immediately and without delay. Players who have self-excluded from WC999 may not re-register during their self-exclusion period. Attempting to do so is a breach of these Terms.
8. Privacy and Data

Any funds in your account at the time of closure will be returned in accordance with section 7.2 of these Terms.
